Camp Lambec is within the bounds of the Presbytery of Lake Erie. There are several job opportunities and some of these jobs could be filled by college students who would live at the camp for the summer of 2018. Other jobs require special certifications. For those of you who live in Erie County you might know a school cafeteria employee who would like a summer job. Please consider passing this information along to anyone in your church or community who might be looking for a summer job opportunity. Rev. David Oyler/General Presbyter

Volunteers Needed for Camp Lambec: Volunteers are needed to get Camp Lambec ready for summer ministry on May 5th and 19th from 9:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. The heavy snow took a toll on the trees last winter – a lot of help is needed sawing, splitting, and removing the downed trees. Volunteers should bring a bagged lunch, drinking water, work gloves, hand sanitizer, chain saws, and any tools that might be helpful. Please email Bob Meanor by May 1st if you are coming (and with how many people). Note: The camp’s water system is still being renovated and is in the testing phase. The camp’s water is NOT USABLE and volunteers are not permitted to spend the night.
