Tim has pastored PC(USA), UCC and ELCA churches in South Dakota both on and off the reservation and in Iowa before coming to Oil City Second in 2019. He earned a Doctorate of Ministry in 2018 from Dubuque Seminary. Tim’s wife Heather is a teacher and an ordained Deacon who has a vital ministry herself among kids and families.
