Rev. Dr. Tim Harmon
Tim has pastored PC(USA), UCC and ELCA churches in South Dakota both on and off the reservation and in Iowa before coming to Oil City Second in 2019. He earned a Doctorate of Ministry in 2018 from Dubuque Seminary. Tim’s wife Heather is a teacher and an ordained Deacon who has a vital ministry herself among kids and families. Tim and Heather have 4 adult children.

Vanessa Fremer is a Chief Financial Officer at Great Lakes Automation Services in McKean PA for the last 15 years. Along with the many organizations that Vanessa is involved in, she created Women Inspiring Women an annual golf outing that raises money for a different non-profit organization that benefit women.
